Motivation Monday 1-25-16

Happy Monday everyone!  Now that we are a few weeks into the new year, its a great time to shift the focus from acknowledging our new years resolutions to actually putting it into practice! “Make your combat stance your everyday stance!” There are countless times to get some quality practice in throughout the day.  Don’t just workout or exercise because you promised yourself that you would.  Start working on your posture, stand up more, stand correctly, and above all else, move with efficiency!  If you need help moving better, get some help!  Better yet, get a partner to call you on your poor posture and tell you when you’re texting for too long in a crappy position!  Make it count, everyone!  Have a great week, and as always, thanks for training with us!
