Tyler Coody, CSCS

Tyler is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from AT Still University. Tyler has been a fitness professional for nearly a decade and a lifelong fitness enthusiast.  He has been an endurance athlete since the age of 13 and has competed in motorcycle enduros, long distance road races, and triathlons. Tyler currently works as the Fitness and Wellness Director at North Florida Community College and teaches weight training classes.

Scott Gordon, MS

Scott has a Master’s degree from Minot State University where he was a graduate assistant for the track and field and cross country teams.  Scott is an accomplished track and field coach who has worked with all levels of athletes including elite level, college, and high school athletes. Scott coaches all aspects of track and field and the strength and conditioning involved in each event. Scott is also an accomplished runner himself who competes in many long distance road races, and triathlons.
