9/9/13 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort bench press. Perform 10 sets of 2 reps working up to a heavy double.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

2 rounds of:

10 burpees
20 push ups
30 pull ups
40 air squats
50 sit ups
