9/6/13 DE Upper Body

Start off with DE clean and jerk. Perform 2 reps every 45 seconds for a total of 10 rounds. Use a weight that is light enough to practice good positioning.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

Run 400m (buy in)

3 rnds of:
5 thrusters @95/65
10 pull ups

Another 400m run (cash out)
