With a running clock, perform the following every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:

Odd minutes: 3 power cleans at 70% of your 1 rep max
Even minutes: ride the airdyne bike for 30 seconds as hard as possible

*you may sub a row if you do not have access to an airdyne
