9/3/14 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 5 pull ups on the minute for 10 minutes. If you have a weight vest, use it.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

10 rounds of
10 sit ups
10 push ups
10 burpees
10 walking lunges

If you have a weighted vest, use it.
