Today is a strength rest day. Spend some time working on mobility and get ready for the intervals below.

Choose ONE of the following:

Run
300-250-200-150-100-50-200 meter with 100m walk for recover between efforts.

Row
300-250-200-150-100-50-200 meter with1 minute recoveries between efforts.

Ski
300-250-200-150-100-50-200 meter with 1 minute recoveries between efforts.
