Today’s objective is to establish a new dead lift pr. Chose your stance (sumo or conventional) and grip it and rip it! Use a 7×1 rep scheme.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform:

On the minute for 8 minutes:
50m farmer’s carry using the heaviest weights manageable. Any implement will do!
