9/26/14 DE Lower Body

Start off with 3 front squats on the minute for 10 minutes. Use approximately 55% of your one rep max.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

10 deadlifts @185/105
10 knees to elbows on pull up bar
20 second hand stand hold
Run 400 m
