Begin today’s workout with 10×3 floor press. Perform 3 reps every minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes

12 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of:

7 box jumps
5 burpee ground to over head with 25 pounds dumbbells
3 power cleans with 185#
1 handstand push up
