9/24 ME lower body day

Sorry for missing the time trial this week. I was out of town and having some technical difficulties. We will pick things up today as usual with:

5×3 over head squat. Make sure you hit proper depth even if you have to use a PVC pipe or broom stick

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform:

3 rounds for time of:
12 dead lifts with a double overhand grip
Run 400m
