9/22/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 6 box jumps on the minute for 12 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and the perform 5 rounds of the following for time:

Run 400m
12 ground to overhead with 45/25# plate
10 burpees

For the ground to overhead, you may complete that however you like but the plate must touch the ground each rep.
