7×1 weighted pull ups with any grip you wish.

Rest 5-10 minutes

For time:
1 ring push up
10 bent over rows
2 ring push ups
9 bent over rows
3 ring push ups
8 bent over rows
4 ring push ups
7 bent over rows
5 ring push ups
6 bent over rows
6 ring push ups
5 bent over rows
7 ring push ups
4 bent over rows
8 ring push ups
3 bent over rows
9 ring push ups
2 bent over rows
10 ring push ups
1 bent over row

Next time I will write these types of workouts at 10 down to 1 of the first exercise and 1 up to 10 of the second exercise. That was a lot to type out 🙂 good luck!!
