9/16/14 Mid Distance Interval

Today is a strength rest day. Spend some time on mobility and get ready for the interval workouts below! Choose ONE of the following:

Run 4x800m at best 3 mile pace
Recover 2 minutes between efforts

Row 4x800m
Rest 90 seconds between efforts

Ski 4x500m
Recover 90 seconds between efforts
