9/13/13 ME Upper Body

Start of today with max effort weighted ring dips! Work up to a heavy set of 3 reps!

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

Run 400m
12 dead lifts @225/135
Run 400m
12 burpee box jumps
Run 400m
12 chest to bar pull ups
Run 400m
Power cleans @135/95
Run 400m
