First off, perform 2 reps of push press every 30 seconds for 12 minutes. Use a weight that you can handle for the entire 12 minutes and move it as fast as possible.

Rest 5-10 minutes

For time:
Run 400m
21 thrusters at 95#
Run 200m
15 thrusters at 95#
Run 100m
9 thrusters at 95#
