9/1/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 7×3 deadlifts. Work up to a heavy triple!

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

800m row
80 double unders (sub 120 single unders if necessary)
40 air squats
20 box jumps
