First off today, is a max effort box squat! Work up to a heavy single using as many sets as you need or want. Try to establish a new PR!
Rest 5-10 mins then perform:
10 rounds for time of:
3- clean and jerks with 135#
30 double unders
10 air squats
Post time and load for box squat to comments!
Ps. I found this met con on an index card on my vision board from about a year ago…it may be from the Crossfit endurance website…I’m not sure.
