8/9 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort towel bench or board press. Perform 8 sets of two reps working up to a heavy double.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform 2 rounds of the following EACH for time:

3 rounds of:
200m run
Power clean at 185/105

Rest 5 minutes and then repeat!
