8/8/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 3 rack deadlifts (or deadlifts from blocks) on the minute for 12 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 4 rounds for time of the following:

5 power cleans at 135/95
10 sit ups
15 box jumps to a 24/20 inch box
75 double unders (150 single unders)

Rest 5 minutes between each round
