Today is a strength rest day! Spend some time on recovery and get ready for the interval workout below. Choose one of the following:

Run 3 sets of the following with 3 minutes rest between.
600m
100m walk
400m

Row 3 sets of the following with 3 minutes between:
600m
Easy 150m
400m

Ski 3 sets of the following with 3 minutes rest between:
400m
Rest 1 minute
200m
