After a thorough warm up, perform the following for time:

10-one arm dumbbell hang power snatch
2-pull ups
8- one arm dumbbell hang power snatch
4-pull ups
6-one arm dumbbell hang power snatch
6-pull ups
4-one arm dumbbell hang power snatch
8-pull ups
2-one arm dumbbell hang power snatch
10-pull ups

You can sub a kettle bell snatch for dumbbell snatch if you need to. Post times to comments!!
