8/29/12 DE upper body day

DE bench press: 10×2 at 60% of your 1rm. Use bands or chains if you have them!

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform:

4 rounds for time of:
50 jump rope singles
10 dead lifts at 135
5 burpee box jumps
Farmer’s carry 50m

    I used 95# for bar weight with mini bands doubled up. Ended up doing 12 rounds using wide, medium, and close grip. Did the met con with 90# farmers carry. Time: 9:05
