8/28 ME Upper Body

Start off today with ME behind the head thrusters. Start with the bar on the back for all your thrusters. Work up to a heavy single.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

Run 400 m
15 knees to elbows
15 power snatch 105/85
15 kettle bell swings 45/25
Run 400 m
