8/26/14 Mid Distance Intervals

Today is a strength rest day. Enjoy it and spend some time on recovery and get ready for the interval training workouts below. Choose ONE of following workouts.

Run 2 minutes hard followed by 1 minute easy for 15 rounds

Row 90 seconds hard following by 45 seconds easy for 15 rounds

Ski 90 seconds hard followed by 45 seconds easy for 15 rounds
