8/25/14 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 3 reps of bench press every 30 seconds for 5 minutes. Use approximately 55% of your 1 rm bench press.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:

10 pull ups
10 push press @ 135/95
Run 100m
8 pull ups
8 push press @ 135/95
Run 200m
6 pull ups
6 push press @135/95
Run 400m
