8/24 DE upper body day

Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform:

1 weighted pull up
2 strict pull ups
3 kipping pull ups

If you do not have full pull ups, sub 5 band assisted pull ups or 10 jumping pull ups

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform:

4 rounds for time of:
Run 200m
12 dead lifts
