8/21 ME Lower Body

Start off today with max effort back squat. Perform 7 sets of one rep working up to a one rep max.

Rest 5-10 minutes and with a running clock, perform the following:

Odd minutes: 6 snatches @115/85
Even minutes: 6 burpee box jumps

Continue for 30 minutes.
