8/20/14 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 3 push press on the minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and perform the following each for time:

3 rounds of the CrossFit workout “Cindy” :
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

Rest 4 minutes and complete 5 more rounds.
