Sorry for the late post! Today is a strength rest day. Spend some time on mobility and get ready for long intervals!

Run:
4×200 with 60 sec rest between
Rest 3 minutes
4×200 with 45 sec rest between
Rest 3 minutes
4×200 with 30 sec rest between
Rest 3 minutes
4×200 with 15 sec rest between
