Today is a strength rest day! Enjoy it and spend some time on mobility!

Choose one of following workouts:

Run: 8-10x200m run at best mile pace- 200m jog for recovery between each effort

Row: 12x200m hard row with 1 minute recovery between efforts

Ski: 12x100m hard ski with 1 minute recovery between efforts
