8/15/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with 3×5 bench press.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then complete the following on the minute for 1 hour:

Odd minutes: 5 push ups
Even minutes: 5 burpee box jumps @24/20 inch box

*on minutes 20,40, and 60 run 400 meters. Rest until the next available minute comes up.
