Perform 4 rounds for time to the following:

Run 400m
1 set of the bear complex @155/95

The bear complex is the following sequence of movements performed without dropping the barbell in between:

Squat clean
Thruster (rack the barbell behind the neck)
Back squat
Behind the neck thruster see the demonstration video below!
