Start off today with 6 walking lunges on the minute with a barbell held in the front rack position. Add weight accordingly.
Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
75 double unders (100 single unders)
10 deadlifts @225/135
15 burpee box jumps up and over @24/20 inch box
