8/11/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with 4×4 reps of overhead press. You may strict press or push press. Just perform all sets with the same variation.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following:

10 minutes – as many rounds and reps as possible of:
Row 500m
20 push ups
20 box jumps

Rest 2 minutes and then perform:

10 minutes – as many rounds and reps as possible of:

Run 200m
21 kettlebell swings @ 45/25
