Start off today with max effort bench press. Perform 4 sets of 8 reps.
Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform the following for time:
10 down to 1 pull ups
1 up to 10 deadlifts @ 185/115
*Perform 10 pull ups, 1 deadlift, 9 pull ups, 2 deadlifts and so on until you complete the sequence.
