7/30/14 DE Lower Body

Start off today with 3 deadlifts from a deficit on the minute for 10 minutes. Stand on a plate or mats that will put you at a deficit of 3″ to 5″.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many reps as possible of the following in 8 minutes:

Burpee box jump up and overs @24/20″
