7/30 sumo dead lifts on Monday Funday

ME sumo dead lifts 7×1 reps
(if you have not done sumo stance, do regular stance rack dead lifts in power rack)

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform:
10 down to 1 power cleans
1 up to 10 pull ups

Substitute bent over rows for power cleans and push ups for pull ups n
If needed

Post times and loads for dead lift to comments
