7/28/14 ME Upper Body

Start off today with max effort weight pull ups. Work up to the heaviest double you can! Rest as needed.

Rest 5-10 minutes and the perform the following:

Run 400m
Take 2 minutes to work up to the heaviest deadlift you can
Run 400m
Take 2 minutes and work up to the heaviest thruster you can
Run 400m
