Start off today with 3 reps of floor press on the minute for 12 minutes
Rest 5-10 minutes and perform as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
40 double unders (or 100 single unders)
20 kettle bell swings
10 dumbbell snatches alternating arms @45/15
