7/2/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with 5×3 front squat. Work up to a heavy triple.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 22 minutes of:

20 step ups to 20/18 inch box
15 pull ups
20 calories on the rower
