ME behind the neck split jerk: 7×1-if you don’t have the split jerk yet, do push press

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform:

3 rounds each for time of:

Run 800 m
20 pull ups

Rest 2 minutes between each round.

Optional body weight workout:

For time
10 down to 1 push ups
1 up to 10 air squats
Run one mile
