7/18/14 ME Lower Body

Start off today with max effort box squat to box jump. Increase the height of the box until failure. Rest as needed between jumps.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 10 of the following for time:

Row for 1 minute
Run 200m
8 one arm kettlebell or dumbbell swings
(Alternate arms each round)
