7/16/14 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 3 push presses on the minute for 10 minutes.

Rest 5-10 minutes and perform the following for time:

6 rounds of a modified version of the CrossFit workout, Cindy:

5 weighted pull ups @25/10
10 bench press @3/4 body weight
15 back squats @ 135/95 with no rack
