7/16 Max effort Monday!

Max effort floor press:

1 x 20 (after a thorough warm up establish a 20 rep max)

Rest 5-10 minutes

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of:
6 burpees
10 overhead squats with 45# barbell
6 one arm dumbbell snatch with 65# – alternate arms for 3 reps each side
