7/15/14 Mid Distance Intervals

Today is a strength rest day! Spend some time on recovery and get ready for the interval workouts below! Choose ONE of the following:

Run 8x400m
Recover for exactly the time it took to run each interval.

Row 8x500m
Recover for exactly the same time it took to row each interval

Ski 8x400m
Recover for exactly the same time it took to perform each interval.
