7/1/14 Long Distance Intervals

Today is a strength rest day. Spend some time on recovery and get ready for the intervals below. Choose one of the following:

Run 1mile x 3-4. Rest 3 minutes between efforts. Try to keep all efforts between 5-10 seconds of each other.

Row 1000m x 5. Rest 3 minutes between efforts.
