7/11/14 DE Lower Body

Perform 6 overhead walking lunges on the minute for 10 minutes.  Scale the weight as needed. 

 

Rest 5-10 minutes and then perform 4 rounds the following:

1 minute on the Airdyne

25 box jumps to 24/20 inch box

*Your score will be total distance on the Airdyne.
