7/1 ME Lower Body

Start off today with max effort front squat. Work up to a heavy 3 rep max.

Rest 5-10 minutes then perform the following for time:

10 down to 1 bench press at 135/55
2 up to 20 one arm dumbbell snatch (alternating arms) 45/20
