6/9/14 DE Upper Body

Start off today with 4 reps of bench press on the minute for 10. Use a weight that is approximately 50% of your one rep max.

Rest 5-10 minutes and then complete the following for time:

Run 200m
20 burpee pull ups
Run 400m
15 burpee pull ups
Run 800m
10 burpee pull ups
